Commercial
With over 70 years of masonry work in the Rogue Valley, Sandeen Masonry’s fingerprints are everywhere! We have been proud to work on projects that are now landmarks in the community and part of the everyday lives of our neighbors. With our beautifully crafted masonry we are building dreams one project at a time.
It has been our pleasure to work with excellent tradespeople, general contractors, engineers, and architects to complete projects such as the Downtown Medford branch of the Jackson Country Library, Rogue Valley Medical Center, Jacksonville Post Office, Southern Oregon University, Grants Pass High School, Pear Blossom Park, Rogue Credit Union Community Complex (RogueX), Kids Unlimited, Josephine & Jackson County Jails, and many other churches, doctor’s offices, schools, banks, restaurants, and office buildings around the Rogue valley.
Residential
While we have made a name for ourselves as a commercial contractor, our company roots started with building chimneys and house foundations all over Southern Oregon. We can handle your repair, remodel, or new construction masonry needs. Please, reach out to us with your brick, block, stone, or paver projects. We are happy to provide a free bid.
Block
For durable, low maintenance, structural walls, block is an excellent choice. It’s high compressive strength and ability to be rebar reinforced and filled with concrete makes it an ideal material for foundations, retaining walls, fences, and buildings. With various sizes, shapes, textures, and colors, the design possibilities are endless.
We specialize in all aspects of block installation and work closely with local block manufacturers to provide exactly what your project needs.
Brick
A classic and timeless building material, brick not only withstands ever changing building styles, but does so with incredible durability, low maintenance, and absolute color fastness. With many different sizes, textures, colors, and endless patterns and details to choose from, brick spans the spectrum from clean and simple to extravagant and ornate.
We specialize in all types of brick installation from small residential fireplace faces and wainscots to large scale commercial building veneers.
Stone
Nature’s building blocks. Whether its full dimensioned natural stone or thin sawn natural stone, nature’s beauty will enhance your project with many colors, shapes, and installation styles to choose from. Natural stone’s absolute durability and low maintenance will outlast all other finishes.
Manufactured stone veneers are also available in many colors, shapes, and styles that a natural stone option may not be. Low unit weight provides for versatile installation applications.

Pavers
Pavers provide an upscale appearance to patios, driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, roads etc. Available in many colors, shapes, sizes, and patterns. There is a paver that will make your project shine.
We specialize in the installation of sand and mortar set pavers from small patios to large parking lots.
